It will be cheaper to have your makeup done. You can have have it done on location for a standard price of $80 and its about 60pp for 5 or more ppl.

If you still want to do it yourself,

Makeup you are going to need:

moisturiser

primer

foundation

concealer

loose powder

blush or bronzer (depending on the look you would like to achieve)

eyebrow pencil

eyeliner

eye shadow

mascara

lip liner (one shade lighter then the lipstick if you can not find a match, contrary to the comment from the first person. This will help avoid the lipstick running or creeping into lines)

lip stick or gloss

the tools you will need a minimum of:

latex sponges for foundation application or foundation brush

lip brush

powder brush

blush brush or bronzer brush

eyeshadow brush

So you can see how this will quickly become a large expense..

If you want quality make up that is still relatively cheap you will be looking at a min of $15-$35 a piece upwards of $50 for expensive department store makeup.

The tools are usually more expensive, but if you have a look around you should be able to find a good quality kit for about $30. Look for soft bristles for your powder, blush, foundation, eyeshadow and soft wiry ones for your bronzer.

Make sure you practice lots before the big day. Try and find some articles in magazines that will help you learn how to apply correctly.Help me Write a Makeup List for wedding?
Before you go and follow a long list of makeup routines ( that I must stress u havnt been using) I'd have 2 say dont, too much of an impact of various new products will be a horrible and silly mistake on your skin..

Main priority is how you cleanse tone and moisturise, using only complementary products for your skin type.

Good base foundation, light dusting powder too set it off, subtle but noticeable blush.

Stronger eyemakeup than you'd normally wear, so eyes stand out in photos..
moisturiser/lotion

eyeshadow

eyeliner

a good lipstick, most likely without lipliner (unless you feel you need it, use a shade slightly darker than your lipstick color)

foundation

powder

blush is you want

mascara
simply go to the mall to a good counter like Chanel makeup or something and they can do it for free! They usually prefer for you to also buy something, so me and my bridesmaids are having our makeup done at the Chanel stand and then we're all buying lip gloss to re-apply throughout the night!!

silly I know, but make sure the mascara is water and smudge proof! Good luck
One thing I would recommend is to make sure your foundation doesn麓t make your face white as a ghost when you are photographed.

I used to love a Cover Girl foundation, and wore it to an office party where everyone was photographed. I was the ghost that ate Christmas!
