Don't do anything with a ton of shimmer above the lid because the professional photography will make it stand out and look ridiculous. What color are your flowers? I assume you will be wearing white! LOL Copper and orange (subtle) look amazing with blue eyes because they are a complete contrast since they are at opposite ends of the color wheel. Darken the outer corners and put a lighter shadow in the inner corners. Dont forget your highlight on the brow bone... but not to shimmery!
matte white highlight under the arch of your brow and a light skin colored highlight on the rest.

pale pink on the ball of your eye and a color similar to MAC's lucky tom applied sparingly to the outer v and blended into the crease.

the same light skin colored highlight to the tear duct.

liquid black liner on the top lashline that thickens the further out it gets and white liner (to widen the eyes...i'm sure you know that! or navy to brighten the whites) on the lower waterline and upper if you please.

nars orgasm blush and MAC underage lipglass.
Try Clinique Strawberry Fudge. Use the pink shade all over your lid, and then the brown in the outer corner and in the crease.
Good luck with you state board! as for your question... natural looking makeup is good , less is more. chanel has great shades . go to your local make up counter and ask for a make up lession
Brown mascara, a tiny bit of light blush, don't know about lips.
