i know that kohls sometimes has a specialist working and doing peoples makeup but im not sure if it costs money or not, im assuming its free.I'm going to a wedding tomorrow, where can I get my makeup done?
different counters like MAC or clinique
MAC is the best placeeeee
MAC you can go in there and buy 1 or 2 things and tell them your going to a party and need your makeup done and they'll do it for you
OR
You could schedule an appointment and basically in the end you buy $50 worth of makeup products ( which you could return at a later date..so it ends up being free)
