How should I do my makeup for a wedding?

I'm 13, and I'm going to be wearing a silver dress, knee length. I'm tanned, and I have Dark, Curly hair. How should I do my make up?

Please help! How should I do my makeup for a wedding?
:D You sound a lot like how I looked when I was your age, so I'm going to base this loosely on what I would do:

LOOK 1.

Smokey eyes %26amp; Nude lips:

Smokey eyes:

1. Prep the lid. The key to keeping eyeshadow from melting into your eyelid crease as the day goes on is to kept eyelids oil-free. To do this start with an eyeshadow base (also called ';primer';).

2. Apply eyeliner. If you're going for a typical black, brown or gray smoky eye, apply liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye. If your opting for a jewel-toned eye (violet makes a gorgeous smoky eye), line eyes with a purple, blue or deep green liner.

3. Blend in color on bottom lashes. For color on the bottom (a key smoky eye look) you'll want a lighter eyeliner. The key is to ';smudge it.'; You can also apply a bit of shadow to get full smudge effect.

4. Apply light base color again. The key to a smoky eye is pairing a lighter base with the darker hue. I prefer a nice cream shade for my base. Sweep a light, shimmery shadow over the lids to your browbone.

5. Blend in darker color, but keep dark color below the crease. Now that you have the base and eyeliner on, it's time to get the smoky effect. You need a darker eyeshadow shade. Using an eyeshadow brush blend in color starting at your lash line, blending up. Make sure to blend color into the lash line so the eye liner disappears. Stop deep color at crease.

6. Double check your work and make sure eyes match. Blend color with a Q-tip if need be.

7. Finish with several coats of volumizing mascara.

Nude lips:

1. Your skin is more olive than pale, so it's best if you stay away from truly pale beiges, creams or white tones. The goal with a nude lip is to create something natural, or at least hyper-natural, and something too pale will create a ghost-like, ghoulish and otherwise ghastly look against your darker skin. Go for something with warmth.

2. When testing various colors on your lips, be sure to use eye makeup remover between each shade. If you rub your lips too much (without a remover) while trying on different colors, your natural lip color is usually reddened, thus slightly changing the tone of the color you're trying on.

3. Some girls love priming their lips with a dab or two of foundation. Some find this a bit heavy-handed and it usually results in a gloppy-looking lip color, with ugly, muddy undertones to boot. Others far prefer a very sheer swipe of an eyelid primer which will keep your lipstick lasting and lovely.

4. A nude lip requires maintenance. If you're someone who likes to swipe and surrender, this isn't the color for you. Similarly, a red lip requires a ton of looking-after even though they seem to be at opposite ends of the spectrum. So, when sporing your sultriest of eyes and palest of lips, remember that you will tending to it for the whole evening.

LOOK TWO.

'Hayley Williams eyes' (Misery Business) and Basic lips.

Hayley Williams Eyes:

1. Apply either an eyeshadow primer or a thin layer or foundation over your eyelids, covering the whole lid.

2. Get a bright or glittery light gold eyeshadow. You can use a loose powder, compact powder or cream, but make sure it is bright! Try to use a small brush for this step.

3. Wet the brush. This step will make the color stick, last longer, and look vivid on the lid.

4. Apply the gold eyeshadow in small strokes from the inner corner of your eyelid. Cover about a third/half of your eyelid in this way.

5. Get a slightly larger brush, and wet it again. Then apply the orange eyeshadow, slightly overlapping the yellow. Make sure about a third of your eyelid is still gold, though. Apply the orange nearly right to the edge of your eyelid.

6. Find the brightest, sparkiest red you can and overlap the orange slightly. Then, you can go wild! Only apply a little red to the outer edge of your eyelid, or brush it out in streaks right past your eyes to create a more wild, crazy look.

7. Apply black liquid eyeliner and apply it to your top lid, near as you can to the lashline. You may need some practice to use the liquid correctly, so a neatly applied black pencil liner will work almost as well.

8. Choose a black or dark brown mascara. Apply one coat to your top eyelashes.

Basic Lips:

1. Trace around your lip shape with a pencil a similar shade to your natural lip color.

2. Apply a layer of lip gloss. How should I do my makeup for a wedding?
